The initial fitting is the moment your devices become YOUR devices. Starting from your audiogram, we program each frequency to your exact loss, then refine based on how things actually sound to you: your voice, your loved ones', the television, the street.
How it works
Because the brain is rediscovering forgotten sounds, we take a progressive approach: comfortable amplification at first, increased in steps at follow-up appointments until the optimal target is reached. You never face a wall of sound — you re-tame listening gently.

How many appointments does it take?
Generally 2 to 4 visits over the first 6 weeks, then periodic follow-up. Everyone moves at their own pace.
What if the sound doesn't suit me?
That's exactly what fine-tuning is for: tell us everything — too sharp, metallic voice, bothersome noise — every remark translates into a precise adjustment.
